"This car wash offers a self-serve & an automatic car wash with detailing services. I'm all for washing your own car for just $8. However, I've noticed over time that things break and get old and are never replaced. Exhibit A would be half the mat holders are non-functional, and also there only 4, as if all cars have exactly 4 mats. Also I hope those brush heads get replaced... pro tip: BLAST THE BRUSH WITH HIGH PRESSURE WATER... this cleans the years of debris off before you use it"
"Used their top detailing service which was Utimate with a whole 5 hours duration. They called to let me know at the 4th hour that my car was done. The results as the photos. I don't need to say anything else but I'm sure I'm not coming back and stop buying gift cards from them. Also had a bad experience with another location, I used self-service car wash for $8 but my card was charged for $38."
"Went today for the first time. The person hosing down the car was helpful and that was great and so was the free vacuum after the drive through car wash. What was not so nice are the 2 scratches that I now have on my car from the drive through car wash. My car is only 2 months old and I know for certain the scratches came from this car wash on Concord Pike. How very unfortunate for me. The wash was not even that great...I still had dirt on my car. Never again!"
"Great car wash for the area. The wash itself is affordable, and they offer a basic detail for $25 which seems fair for the amount of work they put into. I went recently with no line, and was out in about 20 minutes or so including wait time for the detail. They have a comfortable, and clean waiting room while the detail is taking place. This location will be my go to for a car wash going forward."
