"My family's experience with Suzanne was unreal. Never could I ever imagine that a realtor would be more interested in meeting my family's needs than I think I am. Our case was, perhaps, rare, as we waited months to get from acceptance to the closing table. The major issue was that the well apparently collapsed at the house immediately after the sellers accepted our offer. Thus, we needed to have a new well dug before we could close. This took a terrible amount of time, and as people who know nothing about well digging, my wife and I were concerned that that the house we hoped would be home woud not, in fact, ever be ours. Well, let me say that Suzanne not only played partial psychotherapist, re getting us through this struggle, but I'm alomst convinced that she dug the well herself. Because we had some issues with communication with the realtor on the seller's end, Suzanne contacted the contractor responsible for installing the well herself. Once she found the name of the well driller from this contractor, she then followed up with them. The whole time she fought for correspondence, as well as kept informed, the seller's agent and updated us regularly. In the end, the well was drilled, and due to the fact that we took Suzanne's advice re the lender we worked with for our mortgage, we were set and ready to close next week. There are no words, literally ineffable, to describe how grateful my family is for having been so fortunate to work with a realtor such as Suzanne Kasperski. Not sure many are made in her mold."
