"We spent about 20-30 minutes here. It didn’t bother me though, because I could see how the employees were working. We weren’t waiting because they wanted to just hang out and not work, we were waiting because it’s a process. Everyone in the waiting room at the time I was there had been helped and passed on to one of the case managers. So we were all being assisted at the same time, instead of them doing it one by one like dfcs does.. the trip that I thought would take us 2+ hours, didn’t take much time at all. We achieved what we were there to do and was on our way out the door, very pleased- instead of irritated like most trips like that would be."
