"Fantastically clean hotel. Really fancy rooms, loved the shower. Pet "friendly" after charging $75 non-refundable. My husband made the reservation, but Honors is in my name. He wasn't allowed to check-in because the front desk would not allow him to. And it started going downhill from there. Afterwards, I felt like I was being watched by the hall monitor in and out of the building. The amount of questions I was asked upon check-in began getting invasive and was no-longer for safety reasons. Dogs are considered children today; please begin asking guests for quantity and names of each. We always arrive at hotels late because of travel length. After walking the dog, NO external entrances worked including the front doors. It was raining outside. The app also did not open the front or external doors. It was a Friday night stay and wanted to sleep in Saturday. The curtains were down and the room was still so bright because of the light coming through. The light made my dog wake up and made her restless. I would have put her in the bathroom, but the outlet has an unnecessary night light. I was looking forward to breakfast. It's a Hilton brand so it should be great. The breakfast was medium-grade with waffles and oatmeal. I've stayed at IHG hotels that have fresh bacon, eggs, and potatoes. Unfortunately, this hotel doesn't live up to the prestigious-Hilton name."
"This is a very nice new hotel. Upon my arrival, I was greeted so friendly, as I walked through the door! The room was a spacious size and also the bathroom! The breakfast was nice and kept well. Everyone was very cordial and pleasant. The bed slept good. My only concern is the cleaning of the rooms. I arrived at first to a room that was not cleaned properly. The shower had blood stains, pubic hair, and strains of hair in the shower. The floor was spotted with a spill, small trash, and not mopped. The carpet had pieces of trash like it was never cleaned. Even a sharp edged piece on the floor. I contacted the cleaner that was outside my door and she came to look and pulled hair out of the shower. She took a piece of toilet paper to wipe the blood up. I told her she had to use something industrial to clean. Then she turned and used my cleaning supply that I brought with me! 2 -3 people came up to look at the room and confirmed that it was not right. However, I did move to another room which was much better. My background is in healthcare, so I knew what to expect and what should be done, and OSHA requirements. They were nice and apologized. I understood trial and error, but cleaning is without saying or not having an excuse. I suggest another training. This hotel is too nice, and should be cleaned right the first time to keep it up. The air conditioner is sort of loud though. Great location for restaurants and not far from the mall. Thanks to Amber (I think that is her name) at the front desk and the tall young man that came to the room first and assisted in getting this straight. Yes, I do recommend this hotel, if they correct how they clean. The 3 star rating in the category Room was for the first room. Just a note: I wasn’t offered any type of comp for their mistake."
"We had to do a last minute stay here while passing through the area. We always choose Hilton and always Home2suites for our family. We were very pleased with the clean room we were given, and very happy to use points for our stay. Our room was quiet and spacious. Breakfast was fresh and perfect for our quick exit when we had to get back on the road. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we had a nice quick stay."
"Awesome hotel in a convenient spot inside a newly developed area. Super friendly staff and very comfortable accommodations. Breakfast was great! Will stay here again my next time to Chattanooga."
"5 for the hotel is new and beautiful. They are still working out the kinks. We had a 2 day stay. They had already charged the rooms on my card a week before, so it was paid for. When we arrived, they tried to charge an extra $50 on my card. No explanation, nothing. I keep my card frozen so I kept getting alerts of charge declined. I informed him the room is already paid for. Then the guy ask me to swipe my card and that's when I see $50 on the swipe machine. I ask what that is for and he said he will change it to 0. So the 3 rating is for that. The 3 rating is also because we had no tv service or internet in our room when we got there. I informed him that night about it. He said he will call and send maintainace. The next day we figured maintainace would come after we informed them again that morning before we left for our outing. They said again, they will inform maintainace. We got back after 7pm still no tv or internet. We inform they again cause at this point, the hotel knows there is an issue in that room. Maintainace finally come, he can't fix it. So he tell us he will charge our room at the front desk. We pack up everything, move to another floor, and everything was fine from there. But also we got the honor to be woke up by the fire alarm at 6 am for no reason as well on the second night. Even on that, nobody at the hotel informed us we could go back to our rooms. Ater going outside and noticing nobody that work for the hotel was outside, we walked inside and asked was everything OK. We was told yes, it happened the day before too & we can go back to our rooms. But apparently they are trying to charge everybody and extra $25 per person or something when you arrive."
