"I am obsessed with the classes, facilities, and juice bar. The owner, Ashley, is an amazing instructor and was so welcoming to me since I had just relocated to the area and was trying to find a place to workout. Not only have I found a place where I attend the classes every day I have also met the nicest people ever who have all been so kind to this south Jersey transplant. You can be at any fitness level to take the classes since you can adjust the weights/moves to what serves you. The cold plunge and normatech saved my legs during my marathon training so even if you aren’t a group fitness person connect still has things to offer you."

"I enjoy using the sauna and cold plunge at Connect. Appointment blocks are easy to schedule and the sauna and plunge are always ready for me when I arrive. The facility is clean and the owner, Ashley, is super nice and accommodating. I’ve only had their shakes from the juice bar a few times, but they were delicious. I love having a great place like this in town. I recommend Connect to anyone who’s new to or looking into cold plunges."
