"FHF and I go way back to August of 2021, when a Facebook ad and I locked eyes and I realized she was the gym of my dreams. I couldn't wait to start, so I drove to the Medford location on opening day, only then realizing that I should have come during a class, as the gym is not a 24/7 facility. However, once I learned to use The app and book my classes with the amazingly Townsend instructors, I was off and running. I fiercely took on 2 to 3 classes a week and obtained results quite quickly. After a year of employment in a demanding situation, I lost the consistency that I had come to know and love. But I never canceled my membership and only made it to the gym once every few weeks However, I'm now back on track and am thankful that FHF is there to work with me, modifications and all, to get me back on track."
