"Hope Yoga is a wonderful studio. They offer different styles and levels of yoga, and a killer Pilates class. On top of their regularly scheduled classes, there are special events like myofascial release workshops that are out of this world. I moved to this area about a year ago and am overjoyed at having stumbled upon this studio. I’ve been a yoga enthusiast for about 15 years, at several studios, with lots of teachers with various styles. Gina is the best parts of all my favorite teachers combined. Her classes are challenging yet fun, thoughtfully put together to target some specific goal whether it be a body system or peak pose, enormously effective at achieving the target, and unbelievably creative in her use of props. Each class has a eureka moment for me where I experience even a simple pose in a new and improved way. Thank you Gina and the rest of the team at Hope Yoga!"

"Hope Yoga NJ at James burg, New Jersey is an amazing place and a wonderful path to well-being ...The serenity and the ambience of the studio was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, free from outside distractions, well ventilated and warmly lit. Mrs. Gina., the teacher, guide and coach was personable, warm, open and inviting. She is always smiling and makes us feel welcome and safe in class.. I experienced 3 sessions with 3 different vibes.. Day1 was ‘Mrs Marrisa Baird’ and the class was a combination of hatha and vinyasa.. added with vedic sound healing .. they used sound vibrations / healing powers to calm the mind and release stress, with gentle warmups followed by vinyasa moves ..teacher was using chakra system to describe the entire human body which aims to improve health, self awareness and spiritual wisdom. Day2 was ‘Mrs Krystal L’ and the theme of the day was ‘Balancing’. The teacher along with the positive influence also brings her own flavour and approach to hatha yoga - gives an awareness of balancing - signifying the sun energy and the moon energy. The session drived through balancing asanas and beautiful stretches & ended with an aroma therapy.. Day3 was ‘Mrs Neetu S’. The session begins with beautiful ‘thought of the day ‘ . This teacher helps people in adopting yoga more and more by expressing that yoga is not only a science of physical exercise but also a spiritual awakening.. Every session here in Hopeyoga starts with a beautiful thought of the day , enabling us to ensure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to the scope of the work, the timeline.. They ensure that everyone understands the expectations before any work begins.. All thanks to my sister Santhi and my friend Gowri who made me experience that yoga is the symbol of universal aspiration for health and well-being.."

"I have been part of the Hope Yoga community since 2020. They have a range of classes, and I love the Vinyasa and Intermediate classes. I try to attend as often as I can and the option of classes on Zoom makes this even more possible. It has allowed me to continue my practice from hotel rooms, my backyard and living room, and wherever I may be. It is a warm, caring place where both the teachers and other students are welcoming and inclusive. I have a sense of calmness when I walk through their door and am glad that Hope Yoga is a part of my life."
