"I own a Custom made West Coast Choppers motorcycle. A Jesse James masterpiece. I had needed some routine maintenance work performed so I delved into the computer to see if I could locate A reputable shop to perform the tasks. So I found this shop, IRON CYCLES. I telephoned see if I could get the the opportunity to speak with the proprietor, to get an idea as to the level management level of professionalism that I could expect. 1 of the questions I had asked was "Is the shop Insured?" My concern was what would I do if the business should catch fire? What would happen if the building was demolished and my bike was inside of the building? What would happen if the bike was stolen?? The Owner got really indignant and proceeded to curse and attempt to be little me. But the obvious answer was "NO"."
