"This is by far one of the best gyms I’ve been to. What makes this home away from home so special is that the classes incorporate elements from several different functional workouts. You’ve got TRX, cycling, boxing, kettlebells, tabata, treadmills, rowing, strength training with weights, and it varies based on the class but it will include several of these activities to challenge you to be your best. I love this place, the great energy and the people. Every neighborhood needs a gym like this!"
