"This man is a scam artist. I’m currently living with my in-laws who have used Del Monte Enterprise (not to be confused with DWR waste removal, his father’s company who is a good man and tell you his son is a scammer if you call him). We are still trying to get the septic to pass inspection OVER A YEAR LATER because Giavante never submitted the reports to the county and completely ghosted my in-laws. After promising he would be done in 2 weeks, he broke ground in the front yard leaving a massive hole and got his first payment and immediately left on a 10 DAY VACATION. Then months of not answering calls, breaking our sidewalk, breaking cable lines, and not completing the project. We are still trying to end this nightmare. If you call the county, Del Monte’s history of scamming people and not turning in required paperwork is well documented. He will also pay all the fines from the county but not complete the job. DO NOT USE THIS MAN AT ANY COST, AND IF YOU ARE USING HIM CURRENTLY STOP USING HIM IMMEDIATELY."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. I will protect any and every family from ever using this “company”. He stole our money, ghosted us and our realtors, as well as the sellers realtor. Lied and said he did the work on the septic; Turns out he never even came out to the property. Never submitted the certification to the town of course since no work was completed. We had another septic company come out and who told us it was obvious he never touched the job and the septic needed 5k worth of work. He claimed he serviced the area before—he didn’t. He fraudulently uses his dad’s identity who was the one who really serviced the home—what a sad excuse for a man and a business. The amount of people this man has conned is disgusting—spoke to a few people he did this to and legal action needs to be taken unfortunately. Do not confuse Del Monte Enterprises with Del Monte Waste Removal."

"Giovanni delayed our closing, stated he did an inspection took our money but never submitted a report then stopped responding. We eventually went with another company. Bad business wouldn’t recommend."
