"This is the first negative review I have ever written, but I don’t want potential customers to be misled. The project started off well until our house was left uncovered without a roof for about two weeks. Rain damaged some of our existing cabinets. The carpenters, drywall mechanic, and painter were very good, but that is where the quality of work ends. The plumbers were horrible. They failed inspections six times. They even ran the supply lines outside the house into the soffit. A couple months after we moved in , we found a pool of water in our new bathroom and attic because of the stack pipe not being installed properly. When we alerted the builder, he told us it would be at least over a week before he would deal with it. Also, the contractor tried to back out of what was in the contract. He charged us for a concrete patio which was already included in the contract. He also tried to charge extra for flooring that again was in the contract. And he was going to charge us several dollars more per square foot just to purchase the material-not install it. The kitchen was to include an island, but what we got looks ridiculous. The contract also covered outlets to be installed in the island, but when we reminded him to do this, he refused stating that it couldn’t be done and that the architect made a mistake in putting it in the plans. In reality, outlets could have been installed, but he didn’t want to have to do any more work. Lastly, he left our yard an absolute mess. Lsndscaping was not included in the contract, but grading was. He never did it. He also left building material behind that we did not want and are now stuck with disposing of ourselves, and it is heavy. If you want a good quality house, go elsewhere."
