She went above and beyond for us time and time again. We worked with Melissa from NVR who was patient, and so educational. She reworked numbers for me a million times, and never made me feel like a bother. Last but not least, our PM Dan was a dream. He may have hated me for how much I didn’t know and he had to explain to me, but he never let on. What should have been a stressful process he made so much fun. I honestly wish I was friends with all of them, because the process was so enjoyable and they all played such an intricate part in such an important moment in my family’s lives.
