"I hired Harvey Unlimited for a pool cleaning. They came for a half an hour, vacuumed for 9 mins and said the water was too low for them to continue. They unhooked my filter tube and when they put it back together they forgot to put the O-ring on it. They said they will be back in three days to finish the job. Within the three days they asked for full payment when it was 50% down payment and 50% at completion. Not to mention all the water I put back into the pool to get it to vacuum level came back out the pool because they forgot to put the O-ring back on the tube attached to the filter. Yes they gave me 10% discount for it. But I had to put a total of 4,297.67 gallons back into the pool, the pool is still in the same condition, my filter overheated because it was running without any water in it and they still want their $167 for a 9min half job after the 10% discount. Thumbtack messed up with this recommendation. I am definitely not satisfied with this service or lack of."
