"I had a new septic tank installed and, as part of the contract, Neugent Construction was supposed to bring top soil and re-seed the grass where they excavated. This was not done, and my yard was a vaste expanse of clay and sand. I had to call several time, they acknowledged that the top soil was never applied. My yard was a mess, after a month there wasn’t a strand of grass growing. When they finally brought in some top soil (covering less than half the size they had ripped) they were rude, condescending and they did, again, a very poor job in fixing the problem. It has been over 2 months since the job and my yard looks awful (I’m on an over 2 acres lot and the machines ripped the lawn all the way to the main road) That aside, the septic tank job was excellent."

"A project that left me a mess. First things first, my system is running fine. BUT it was the whole job that made a mess. They moved things in my yard and NEVER Put them back. The dirt they used to replace the good dirt I had was riddled with rocks. So, now ever time I mow, I worry witch direction they will fly. They may be quick, but they are sloppy. Yet they took a long time to do this project. Guess you gotta be someone to have it done correctly."
