He went the extra mile by checking out my Mom's roof and clearing out a clog she had free of charge. He also provided photos and advised her to contact the company that put her roof on as it was still under warranty and needed some maintenance. I'll post another review after my roof is completed!"

"For many years, I was not able to find a solution for a pretty severe roof leaking problem. Earlier this year, my insurance company retained an engineering firm to find the issue - and after more than 10 days and a 20 page report, nothing definite was discovered and the whole examination ultimately turned out to be useless. Then I found JBX Roofing and was immediately impressed by John, who was a pleasure to work with. He came up with such a very clever solution to our roofing problem and sent me a very reasonable quote within just a few hours. He was patient and straightforward with all of the questions and clarifications I asked for, and was always prompt and willing to explain. I never felt pressured to sign the contract and he allowed me time to decide what I wanted to do. When I ultimately decided to work with JBX Roofing, I didn’t even need to pay any deposit upfront (the contract simply asked for payment upon job completion) which was truly amazing! I continued to be impressed with JBX Roofing once the actual work began on our roof. In addition to John, Anthony and Argent were both great to work with. Anthony especially is the most amazing lead — he was so polite and smart, and kindly explained all of the details to me about the process and answered all of the questions that I had. He also demonstrated such great leadership and patience over the course of the 15 hours they spent working on our roof, very meticulous with his work and constantly checking on the quality of the outcome. They were very thorough and detailed with both the pre-cleaning and the actual roof sealing that was performed. In addition, on the first day, Anthony discovered two additional cracks that were contributing to a lot of additional leaking that others weren’t able to find, and they were able to completely address and fix the problem on schedule, which really saved the day. I am really happy with the work they did for our roof, and will wholeheartedly recommend JBX Roofing. You simply cannot go wrong with John (the owner) and Anthony (the superman!)."

"I was completely happy with my experience working with JBX Roofing! I had them install a rubber roof onto my West Philly twin. I have to say, I've worked with a lot of Philly-area contractors and getting them to respond to an email or text message is usually impossible, or takes days. I was really impressed by how responsive John was. I knew if I messaged him I'd get a response. I'll also add that the quote came in way more reasonable than the other two quotes I received. The crew that did the install was polite and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend."

The day of repairs, they got to work (on time) and spent the entire day fixing our roof that was done incorrectly by a previous roofer (leaking in multiple places). The team installed new insulation, gutters and rubber - our roof looks clean and better than it ever has. We felt the pricing was fair, especially for the scope of work that had to be done.
