"Excellent repair work. The finish is just like there was never a problem. We used K & S for emergency work after bathroom flooding. The showed up with very short notice and did a fantastic job cleaning up and drying things out. Their estimate for the repair work was accepted by our insurance and we were very please with the estimate. It only took Joe and Gabe two days to complete a fantastic repair job! Outstanding work!"

Mike, Chris and Eddie did one beautiful job and the cleanup is perfect. I am very pleased, as I have been before, with the work K&S has done regarding my insurance claims with NJM. Also, previous work done by Mike and Dan on the exterior roof and overhang a while back was so good and efficient that I actually requested K&S to my insurance company (NJM) for this claim. "It is a rare experience that contractors are even moderately capable. It is with this in mind that I give these gentlemen five stars. They were prompt, courteous, and did a good job. They took my insurance company's quote and did not try and increase it on add anything at the end of the job. Only time will tell how the work holds up over time; however, they have exceeded my expectations as of now. I will use them again if I ever need them. Hopefully, it will not be for some time, though I know who to call if I do. Update: When they were doing the work they noticed an issue with the roof that could compromise the work they were doing and said they would fix it. I even have, on camera, them looking at the roof after they talked about fixing it (though no audio). Turns out they did not fix it. I want to be clear, their job they were contracted for was NOT to fix anything to do with the roof, however it was not until the first rain that I noticed the tap tap tap of water hitting in the exact part they just fixed. My ding to the review is the fact they said they would but did not...did not notify me they would not so that I could get a roofer BEFORE the rain, and then when I called to ask about it, they said they would look into it and call me back when I called about it....and nothing. Honestly felt like removing two stars, but the only saving grace to them is it was not on the contract and it feels partially my fault not following up on what they did to fix the roof before final payment."

"I'm still picking up their trash from when K&S did work on my neighbor's house last week. I'm finding little bits of plastic trash everywhere. There would be even more garbage left from them if my partner hadn't asked them to clean up after themselves when they were about to leave. There were a bunch of old roof shingles that landed in my yard when they threw them off the roof that they had no intention of picking up. I would be so embarrassed if I hired contractors and they left garbage all over my neighborhood. So disrespectful."
