"This company is horrible. Do NOT use them. They did an ok job the 1st job once we finally got them to start. Then they offer to do more jobs for cash payment. They will tell you they're finished and have to go for some type of emergency so that you pay them. Later you find they have not completed. First they make all kinds of promises to return then eventually they just stop returning phone calls."

"They are horrible to their customers. My roof started leaking right after they installed it. They did not seal around the drain and water destroyed my ceilings. They never came out or returned my calls. They have the secretary do all their dirty work..I had to spend my money to get roof repairs and carpentry work. They are big liars, stay away from them"

"My roof is leaking in the same 2 places. This is the 2nd time after I paid for a new roof 2 years ago."

"Sadly they make you give them a star!!! We know of a family that hired them, to fix their roof. I could not believe that the Roof caught on fire the fire department had to come and we all know what happens: Horrible Business, All C&S Roofing wanted to do was replaced damaged windows and offer new Windows. SMH, it was repeated to the owner that that was not enough to replace all the damage they DONE to the property and the safety of the owner.He didn't want to go to Court...Handle your Business! Ok we agreed, my sister had just passed away, and I Expressed I didn't want to go to the process, agreed! The owner told the young lady in the office to cut the final amount that he agreed to. Shortly after that all The time games started off and I waspit on hold for very long periods, I was lied to, hung up on many of times and refused to be able to SPEAK to the Owner again and again, until the confused women in the office told me they DON'T own me NOTHING. Althouth I reminded her of the Roof that leaks when it ran and their is still a 5 YEAR warranty ???? NOW Where DO you GO FROM Here ....?"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I contracted them.to replace my roof completely, and less then 2 years later the roof started leaking and they cannot figure out why. The owner also hung the phone up on me. So they not only did a horrible job but they are also very rude."
