"Our company and home is located in Old City, Philadelphia. The structure was built in the early 1800s. We moved to the building in the summer of 2022 and since then we knew we had to replace the roof, we had multiple leaks in our loft area. We had not been able to find a company willing to take the challenge due to our historic location. I saw The Liberty Roofing trucks on 3rd and Pine, in Society Hill. I noticed their professional set up on a 5 story row home and decided to give them a call. I called the number on the truck. Justin called back right away. Within a few days, Justin and Vincent, took a look at our complicated and multi leveled roofs, 5 in total, and provided us with multiple estimates. We decided to tackle the oldest part of the roof. Justin, Jason and the team were respectful, patient, professional, efficient and precise. They applied for the appropriate permits from the city and approval from the historical commission. One crew set up the scaffolding, another team ripped the 5 layers of roofing off, including the original wood shingles from 1800, and replaced EVERYTHING. We are so pleased with the process and the final result. As mentioned above, we have to redo a few more roofs, so we will definitely call and schedule again in the next few months.
