Fortunately, I had watched as my neighbor’s roof was replaced a few years ago and was able to get a firsthand review of Sheppard Exteriors. I called Sheppard, and their representative arrived the next day, evaluated the roof and provided an explanation, along with photos, of what needed to be done. Within 24 hours they sent me a detailed written estimate. One week later, I had a beautiful new roof. The workers were exceptional. A roof replacement is a messy job, but at the end of the day, all debris was thoroughly cleaned up, and the project manager met with me to review the work done, complete with photos. They use high quality materials and offer the best warranty available. I highly recommend Sheppard Exteriors."

"Received 4 estimates that were pretty close in price, but liked that Greg came out, got on the roof (not everyone did), asked and answered all the right questions, and discussed all the products and options for the project. Jill answered every question through email without delay. Walt did a great job managing the entire project. When Walt wasn't there, Nick made sure things ran smoothly. When unexpected additional expenses arose, Greg was kind enough to offer a separate invoice to pay at a later date. There were some issues, but since they were immediately addressed, I didn't see a reason in lowering the rating. The issues were: cigarette butts left on the property (Walt addressed this quickly), Some of our plants got damaged at the end, but Walt offered to pay for replacements. The gutter installers pulled the gate away from the bottom frame and left it that way, as well as a pile of gutter screws laying on the ground. But again, When I called Walt with the issue, he came right out the next morning, put my wooden gate back together and picked up every last screw. I don't expect every project to be flawless, but when it isn't, it's important to see how a company responds. Sheppard responded quickly and corrected everything in a timely manner. Felt comfortable dealing with them and would hire again."

"Walt tarped my leaky roof until he could fit us in the schedule. He promised to finish our roof in one day. Two crews completed the work skillfully and with no landscaping damage to any plants. I also appreciate that they used a dump truck for debris rather than a dumpster, to cause no damage to my driveway. The finished roof is exactly as expected, clean up was exceptional and roof looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend Sheppard to friends and family for their roofing needs."
