"Most of what is stocked in the "outlet" is essentially scrap wood (cupped, twisted, cracks, checking) and is not usable for most applications. It is also not stored properly. Just want to save anyone the time of going to this place. The prices are on par or only slightly cheaper than other local sawmills and lumberyards, so it's not really worth the price for inferior product."
