"Garrison Roofing is a gross company that does not stand by its work or its contracts. They resurfaced our roofdeck about two years ago and contracted for a 15-year warranty on the work. This summer, we noticed a few cracks on the roofdeck and contacted Garrison about having the cracks repaired pursuant to the warranty. We were told that the warranty was a “typo” and would not be honored. After we advised that a “typo” was not a basis to refuse to comply with a contract, Robert Garrison called me, told me that I was not a “retard” and should have somehow known that the warranty was a typo. Based on some other reviews, it is clear that this is a common practice of Garrison Roofing’s—i.e., they offer a 15-year warranty that they do not stand by. I highly recommend against working with them."

"After trying to contact Garrison roofing multiple times by telephone and please know that they do not answer the phone but have 3 different numbers listed. I finally submitted a work order via website. 3 days later I receive a email with a jacked up price based off a drone footage inspection. They did not contact me personally about when they would arrive and never did they ring my doorbell. Terrible customer service and using a drone camera to do inspections is not acceptable. You actually need to get on the roof and do a physical inspection to see and feel."

"Professional salesman extremely competent labor crew. One guy cleaned my gutters out n brought the garbage cans in without me asking. Felt like it was old timey service I bout gas stations in movies. The soffitts n metal capping came out better than expected and no more painting. Would recommend to anybody. They demonstrated a versatile knowledge in all facets of home improvements. Impressive company I told the foreman to open a trade school he thanked me for the compliment. Very good experience wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future construction endeavors"
