"Got a quote from them to do tile backsplash, and paint some water stains on our ceiling. They came out quick to do the job they were super nice but the work was done improperly. They did not have the proper tools to cut the tiles and they should have said that upfront. I will not have to pay someone else to complete the tile work. Also the paint on the ceiling is peeling off.. not even 24 hours later. It’s ashame because they were all super nice and pleasant but work was not done to properly. Please see photos for reference. We paid them half the money and will now have to pay someone to fix their work completed. Super unfair to us. Not every contractor should take on every job. We would have appreciated for them to come to us and say this is not our area of work and we don’t have the proper tools instead of doing shoddy work and taking half pay."
