When I bought the house, it had the inexpensive (cheap) vinyl shades they sell at Lowe's, Target, etc. I was greeted by Brian as soon as we came in. He was very patient and consultative as we worked through a general idea of what I wanted to some specific choices. From the time I was in the store, to a home visit for measurements to installation was surprisingly quick. It was all done in less than two weeks in December. I am very happy with the results, including the quality of the materials, the perfect fit in my windows and the professional installation by John. I wish I had before pictures, because it's amazing how much impact such a seemingly small change can have on a room! Blinds To Go earned my business with good service and a quality product.
