"Waited 6 weeks for my chair. I picked it up and when I got home I was unable to get the swivel mechanism on because one of four screws locked up. I called the store and was asked for pictures, which I sent the next morning. I got a call telling me that their solution to the problem would be to order another chair. I don't understand why someone couldn't come and replace one of the boards under the chair. Now I have to wait another 6 - 8 weeks."
