"Good people and always clean."
"I said Hey... How you doing? No one said hello back. Lock of courtesy, professionalism and respect."
"Makes a mess of the street and extremely inconsiderate of residents. Philadelphia air pollution hours are 8am-8pm. These workers stop working by 1pm and are ALWAYS on break. They start driving trucks through the street and beeping their truck’s reverse noise at any minor inconvenience at 6am. They leave their materials on the ground, and have more trucks come by to drop off materials, banging and slamming everything at 5am. Super inconsiderate on the residents and the fact that they’re operating RIGHT OUTSIDE our windows at their crazy hours."
"Whoever approved the contract between this company and the city of Philadelphia for the water and sewer lines needs to re-evaluate or at least investigate this company and their use of resources. They do not complete work in a timely manner and the company leaves their equipment sometimes SAWS laying on the street overnight. I don’t know anyone that thinks it’s acceptable to leave dangerous and expensive equipment lying on the city streets for 1) the safety of the public and 2)the safety of their company’s equipment. Either the owner/operator made so much money off this city contract they could care less if equipment is stolen, damaged, or the cause of a serious civilian injury or the owner operator is terribly incompetent at which case I’m surprised they are still in business let alone holding the contract to manage the city’s sewage and water lines. I guess sometimes it really is not what you know but WHO you know! That’s scary. More concerning is their employees sheer disregard for the citizens that reside in the communities they work within. When letters are distributed to mailboxes noting specific times for water shut offs and the employees disregard them, that’s just poor customer service and even more importantly, poor management. Why bother even putting the letters in the mailboxes if the times mean nothing? Why waste the paper and the energy if you really don’t follow through with anything on this letter? You wasted tax payer money to create and distribute a document your company has 0 intentions on following through with. The best part of it all, when you have a resident voice any concern about these issues they are met with a shoulder shrug and “we are just here doing our job insert profanities.” I actually thought we would have to call law enforcement that’s how heated the argument got between an EMPLOYEE and a resident. I don’t care if you have words with a resident but on company time is the reflection of the company. I work in customer service and there are times I want to tell some people how I really feel but I am old enough and wise enough to realize that I work, and employed for a company and need to respect that the words I say and interaction I have with the public,at work, is a reflection of the company I’m employed at. You have these reviews for a reason. We see you, we hear you, and we will make sure as the residents that pay for your services, that you never get a contract with PENNDOT for Philadelphia county again. The $5,866,853 ( Five million, eight hundred, sixty-six thousand, eight hundred and fifty three dollars) you received will never come from our county again. Our actions will speak when our words fall on your deaf ears."
"Awful company. Tore up my street and barely does any work. Constantly on break. Only run loud equipment early in the morning. Stop working by 1 every day. Lazy scum bags"
