"Richard Smith charged me $11,750 to replace to roof on my home. After a month of excuses he "finished" the job. As a female homeowner I always have an adjuster or inspector come out and evaluate the work that's been done. To our surprise Richard not only has horrible craftmanship, he also did not replace the roof as he was contracted and paid to do. He applied new shingles on top of the existing shingles. This individual actually contacted me periodically with updates as if he was not ripping me off the entire time. PLEASE do not allow this man to scam you or anyone else. When I contacted him personally, he was so hesitant to speak because he knew that he was dead wrong. Support Black owned business but, STAY AWAY FROM RICHARD SMITH/ AMEEN GENERAL CONTRACTING."
