"Daniel came out to look at the job to give us an estimate and discovered we had hail damage. We had the insurance adjuster come out to look at damage and Daniel came out to walk the job with him. I truly believe that Daniel talked the adjuster into giving us the most from the insurance claim. When tje men came out to replace the roof, they were very professional and did an incredible job. They discovered 30 sheets of my plywood was in bad condition and replaced it. The gutter guys came out and replaced all of the gutters for us and added a gutter where we never had one and needed it. "Overall a great experience. There were some delays along the way but nothing major, and once they started the job was done in two days. A large team of roofers did the roofs one day, then the next morning a different group came out and did the gutters. The roof and gutters look great, came with all the certifications and warranties, and even with all that Premier was the best price I could find. Literally half of what one other company quoted and significantly less than any of the “hometown local” guys."

"After a tornado went through our town, several roofing companies stopped by to capitalize on the insurance claims to be had. After being approached by two companies and seeking out a third, I noticed the Premier truck at my neighbor’s house and got the number. I spoke with my neighbor who said that the company seemed honest and trustworthy, so I called for an estimate. Well, after several weeks of researching and dealing with five different companies, I can honestly say that calling Premier was the best decision I could’ve made. Besides their estimate falling in the middle, there was a “trust factor” in dealing with a moderate-sized, family owned company that weighed heavy in our decision. George, our representative, was easy to talk with, patient and thorough in answering all of our questions. He made several visit to ensure he got all measurements and pictures needed for insurance purposes, and followed up regularly with status. Pablo and his install team did an amazing job. They were set up and started early in the morning and completed the entire roof in one, very long day. This included all cleanup and disposal. Amazing, considering the size roof that we have. Throughout the process we had some issues and delays, but they were primarily due to our insurance company and timing as many houses were damaged due to the intensity of the storms that occurred in one day. Carlos, the owner, his wife Shirley, and the office staff were very patient with us and in dealing with our insurance company’s catastrophe team. With all said and done, the staff was courteous, personal, and professional. The workmanship was clean and thorough. The coordination and work that they provided replacing the roof, gutters, fascia and trim was top notch. If you’re considering any of these services, I highly recommend them!"
