"We could not have built a custom home without the good folks at Triumph Building Group. The process started with Chris Pinto patiently helping us navigate the complexities of splitting off a lot and figuring out the costs for substantial land improvements on a fully wooded lot. After figuring that out and finalizing the design of the house, we began the process of making our "selections:" every door knob, window shape, outlet location, cabinet color, etc. As you can imagine, there's a lot to do there. But Terry Nardone and Triumph's designer (Kate Lee) guided us through what seemed like millions of decisions while helping us keep our sanity. They also reassured us that our choices would fit together with our vision. Finally, Brad Bauernshub and our project manager Greg Rader took our vision and selections, and made the house a reality. They kept us apprised of all the work and made thoughtful changes in the field. We also enjoyed all of Triumph's subcontractors because they met with us before each stage to make sure that they were giving us exactly what we wanted. In sum, Triumph Building Group took a very complicated, stressful undertaking and made it an enjoyable process. And we couldn't be more happy with the result."

"I had a TERRIBLE experience with Triumph. My husband signed up to be a VIP to learn information about a new community in mid 2023. Fast forward to mid 2024 when the floorplans are finally released, we were speaking with the listing agent and let her know we have a real estate agent representing us as we live 1000 miles away and would like him to be involved in sending us pictures of the construction, attending meetings where he would be more knowledgeable about the construction process, etc. The listing agent then stops texting and calls us to explain that Triumph will not pay commission to my real estate agent since my husband filled out his email to be a VIP back in 2023 (where at the time, there was no progress or concrete detailed information about the new community). So, we felt cornered into working with them without a real estate agent to represent us. We finally met with the builder and we asked to upgrade several areas in their model home. The builder asked us to send us questions of what we want to upgrade by email and he would get back to us. What kind of process is this? We are coming up with things to upgrade off the top of our heads and describing it through email for a $1+ million dollar home? Ultimately, we took hours to come up with upgrades we wanted by email and then the builder responded a week later saying there would be a delay in a response and then disappeared. He never responded to another call, text or email again. This company was a waste of our time (ALMOST A YEAR), extremely unprofessional and dismissive of us."

"I normally don't leave reviews, but my AWFUL experience with Triumph warrants one. I reached out to Triumph mid 2023 to express my interest in a new community being built. I kept in contact (about a year prior to any deposits being taken) and contacted the listing agent about my interest again right before the floorplans were announced. I was told by the listing agent numerous times that I was first in line to select a lot since I reached out last year. Things were going ok until I met with the builder and listing agent by video. The builder asked me to send a list of questions for pricing which took me several hours to put together. The builder said he would get pricing back to me in a few days, The builder said there would be delay in getting pricing back and then...silence. I tried to contact the builder and listing agent several times through phone, text and email only to be ignored. After investing about a year into getting this home and being told by the listing agent that I am first in line (behind someone who put in a deposit already from another community which she told me later), I missed out on opportunities to get other homes and lost SO much time being strung along by the listing agent making me think I would get the house. Their communication with me, the buyer, was HORRIBLE and they did not make me feel like I am buying a luxury home with the way I was treated."

Home was built ahead of schedule without any major hiccups. Could not recommend Triumph more highly. When it comes time to build our second home, we will be calling Triumph."

"Triumph Building Group built our new home. In the beginning, it was more about the location we found where they happened to be the builders at this location. Before we signed on we got to know the three partners Chris, Terry, and Brad directly, and we got to see the quality of the work that they do through some of their other home building projects that were happening at that time. We were extremely impressed at what we saw. Building a home is a very lengthy and stressful process, with countless hurdles to jump through and decisions to make along the way. Chris, Brad, and Terry each play an integral role in this process, and we were very pleased with their consistent attention to detail along the way. They treated our home as if it was their own that they were building, and helped make the entire process much easier. The value of being to work directly with the builder partners cannot be overstated. We explored larger home builders before discovering Triumph and were dismayed to see limited options, poor communication, and treatment of customers as numbers instead of families with different needs and tastes. Chris, Brad, and Terry got to know us personally and gained a very solid understanding of our wants and needs for a home, and they helped us come up with exactly what we wanted in every way. We moved into our new home in July 2018 and cannot overstate how happy we are with our home and with using Triumph. We would recommend them to anyone looking to build a quality custom home in the area."
