"In August 2023, I had another roof leak, and called Kardelis Roofing again. I told them it was not a big leak, and the weather has been horrible, that they should take care of their clients who had major issues, and get to me when they could. I also had a strange letter from my home insurance company Nationwide that I have been dealing with for 50 years, starting with my car insurance. All of a sudden this letter states I have 3 weeks to show my roof is good or they might drop my home insurance. If I had received this letter as a text or email it would have hone in the Spam folder, but it was real. On September 7th, Kardelis fixed my roof, in a few hours and included a document to Nationwide on their letterhead, that stated my roof was good, at no extra charge. I have never felt more relieved after seeing that document. Kardelis Roofing will be the only roofing company that I will ever use."

"I would have given a 5 star rating, however I have some exposed wood on the side of my roof that was never covered after requesting to have the exposed wood covered.. I was told that they would Come back in a few weeks. it has been almost a year...wood is still exposed to the elements. I only decided to go with this company because they did not require a down payment however I wish I would have went with another company that would have Not only repair or install a roof but But would have included the price of that covering in there estimate."

"What I thought was a small leak above my back bedroom, turned out to be much more. Shingles loose and hole into my house and flashing loose and a real messed up chimney, needing a whole lot of cement work. In the middle of winter, they took care of these isues when it was still warm enough to do it. I called on Friday. They gave me an estimate on Monday and the work was done on Tuesday. I got before and after pictures. They did good work. The two young men came with smiles on their faces and 5 or 6 hours later they left still smiling. I'm happy I found Kardelis Roofing."
