"I hired them to pump concrete into my basement. The operator lost control of the pump shoot during the pour, and concrete sprayed all over my house. The shoot ripped a gutter off my house. I asked for money back for repairs, which they gave to me. However they still left a 2,000 pound block of concrete behind after the job was over. I've called them for over a month. They do pick up the phone but keep telling me the equipment they use for to pick up the concrete is broken. They never picked up the concrete. I called 7 other people to try and get this picked up. The disposal alone cost me $400 after they left. I'm happy to pay for services rendered and they were nice people to work with, but beware of using them for residential work. I did not have a good experience."
