Reviews
"This place sucks, nobody does their job, ive been up here multiple times, you can NEVER talk to anyone all they do is tell you to call your case worker with a number that's a automatic voicemail, nobody ever returns calls!"
"I've been waiting since 1/27/24 for benefits I've been approved for. I've emailed, texted and called so many times I've lost track. Still no response. It's sad that when you're in need they don't help or seem to care."
"They respond quickly when I need assistance regarding my EBT benefits. However the process is a bit slow to get them to process it. 30 days is a bit long to review an application. With new technology and updates it should be 14 business days instead."
