"So pretty! Free parking, cheap admission which is nice and a lot to learn and have fun walking around for the day with family. Lot to learn in the glass museum, I had a ton of fun. Went there as a teen and went back a week ago and learned so much again. It was also really nice to get a breath of fresh air."
"Visit during winter, trees are dormant for the season, not too appealing. Entrance appears like a small town, no fee if just walking the grounds or walking the Nature trail. Parking is free. But the road needs some work. If visiting The Glass, or Pottery studio or the Museum there is a fee. They are all interesting. The Glass and Pottery studios have presentation on how these are made. They like to answer questions. The shops are pricey. But sell nicely made items. Best to enjoy in spring and summer. Worth exploring!"
"The Wheaton Arts Village is another one of those lesser-known (unfortunately) Gems of NJ that only us "Southerners" appear to be aware of as Destination place. In addition to their regular Glassworks Studio and Museum, the General Store, the Paperweight Shoppe, etc... Wheaton Arts often has outside Events, such as today's Eco-Fair and the Paperweight Festival starting May 17th! No more than an hour's drive from most of Central Jersey south, including Philadelphia. Check out their Website to see the plethora of Educational and Entertaining Program of Events... then make an effort to GO there, you won't be disappointed! The Glassblowing Shop has the greatest staff of devoted young people. Making their artistic Creations, and their Paperweight designs are fantastic & extraordinarily beautiful!"
"I want for the Festival. It is a juried craft show with many unique items. They have a large selection of food trucks. Ample seating. And they are extremely organized when it comes to parking."
"Great place! Went for Eco Fair and had a chance to tour the grounds for free. Normal entrance fee is $12 for adults and $7 for children over 5. Got a chance to see a live glass making demo and the family enjoyed it. The shops and staff are all courteous and professional. The Glass Museum is a must see!"
