"I moved from Mullica Hill and there is one woman in Mullica Hill is who basically the Post Office Drill Sargeant. So that being said, I walked in thinking "time to go get yelled at for being a customer" but the gentleman there named Bill was so kind. Just likeable and the experience was smooth. Refreshing, honestly. Glad to have a good experience!"
"I come in this post office at least every other day. Bill is always extremely helpful. Thank you Bill for all your hard work. 5 stars for Bill."
"Bill is great, knows exactly what I need and how to send my packages and always asks if I need anything else!"
"So slow ! My gosh i have been waiting for 10 minutes for a money order and im the only one in here! Like really."
"I have lived in this town my whole life and recently came back after 3 years away in a different state. They know my family and have always been good to us. Today I go in there seeking help with a package that I wrongly sent to the po box instead of my home and I just wanted to try to fix the issue before it was too late and the man there was rude and inconsiderate. I tried to ask him questions on the phone and he was rude, short, dismissive and no help. We go in and he still gave us the same attitude. By then of course we were upset, if you're going to be rude to customers expect an attitude back. Your job is to help customers with questions and find ways to make things right. It's customer service, and you didn't even bother to do that. Instead all he said was "no" and kept saying "it's called the patriot act". Like really? You can't just try to fix the issue or at least give us a direction on how we can or what you can and can't do. If you're a local who is best friends with the people of this post office then you will have no issues there, if you're an outsider they will treat you like one and won't even bother to help you in any possible way and will get upset and defensive if you call them out on it and will even threaten to call the police on you. I really expected more from my local post office that I always remembered to be a nice place with sweet staff. Now they are backwards with tired excuse for employees who don't really care about you or doing their job. In the end he told us he'd change it even though he gave us such an unnecessary hard time and then kicked us out."
