"I do shop here on occasion when I have to, but their issues never seem to change. Messy and unorganized stores with rolltainers, cardboard boxes, and u-boats everywhere, grumpy staff (which means they are still being overworked, nothing new), and even less friendly managers (which means regional managers and corporate are still treating entire store teams like garbage). It's apparent that the company still values profit over store appearance and employee appreciation. And it shows."

"The cashier, Will I am, is always so pleasant and helpful when I come in. I shop here multiple times a week and he always seems to be working when I am in there. There are times when I see him extremely busy but yet still has a smile on his face and extremely helpful and kind. He does engage in small talk. He always greets me when I come in and he always makes sure I am satisfied while leaving. Although they could carry some more products that I do hope to find in there such as certain kinds of wet cat food that other Dollar Generals carry. I still had to give them 5 stars as Will I am definitely deserves 5 stars. Thank you for always being so pleasant Will I am."
