"If I could give this place a half of a star I would. First I get greeted by an older lady who wears glasses with grey hair demanding my 2 IDS, I’ve never had an issue with my Delaware ID. But she seemed and was acting very disrespectful and took 10 minutes to check to see if my ID is real..Mind you I’ve been going there for a month and never an issue. But she felt the need to pull out a pamphlet to see was my ID real and started asking other tellers. Which if she knew a couple years ago Delaware changed their State ID. She claimed she never seen a Delaware ID.but my partner has a ID from Delaware as well. And she never has a issue with her.. In general not a bad branch.just a very rude teller."
"I had an appointment scheduled to open an additional account and the manager called me the day of to cancel because of a teller issue. I rescheduled for the following day; on the appointment day I was running 10 minutes late with baby in hands. I get there and they say they can’t take me until a different day because they took a walk-in customer; even though previously told no walk ins. (& the bank manager explained this with an attitude). Opening a new account takes about 45 minutes regardless so they took someone during my allotted time. This is now the second time I’ve had an issue at this specific branch. Never again."
"I never write reviews on anything but my experience here had me do this. We saw the bank teller Chris. My husband and I were in to open a joint account. At first, Chris seemed to be very friendly but as our appointment went on I felt uncomfortable. He was way too curious about our personal business and the amount of money we make. He asked way too many questions and said very snarky comments regarding the way we wanted our accounts set up. EXTREMELY unprofessional and will never go there again. Highly recommend not going to this bank!!!"
"I've read many negative reviews here but the only times I've ever had issues with the drive through moving too slow is not because of the tellers but because of the inconsiderate customers. If people would have their checks signed and their paperwork ready when they drive up it would make for a speedier check out. If you're one of those who needs a pen or deposit slips from the teller then you are the problem."
"One time I waited over an hour to withdraw my money from the account I was cancelling (they wanted a maintenance fee since I turned 18, but I knew I wouldn't have to do that at TD as I am a student). It took so long because the teller didn't know much English and didn't know how to work their computer system. Anybody else could have stepped in an helped but most of the workers were behind the counter doing nothing. It sucked."
