"I would give negative stars if I could. Run do not walk away from this bank branch. I deposited an insurance check on December 29th and today 1/4/2024 they say they do not have the check and I didn't make a deposit. Thank God I saved my deposit so I can prove that I did give them my check. Now they tell me they have to do an investigation. This branch has thieves or highly incompetent people working for them. Hopefully I can get my money soon since it was an insurance check to fix my vehicle."
"I was at this TD Bank branch yesterday and had an excellent customer service experience!!! First, there was a person in the lobby directing folks to the right location and making sure everyone had what they needed for an speedy visit. I met with branch manager, Kevin, who was the perfect model of EXCELLENT customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind, demonstrating his ability to handle complex customer situations. Thank you!"
"Just left there. I attempted to make a thousand dollars deposit in the atm because the line was fifteen minutes long. The machine had an error and now they seem to have lost my deposit. I had to file a claim and now somebody needs to confirm the count my claim which us just another slap in the face and can't be done now because apparently t d bank doesn't service their own atms and can do nothing for me until Tuesday. I was anxious in the moment to say the least considering that they lost a thousand dollars in cash. The manager was rude disrespectful and downright condescending when explaining to me their procedure as if I should have known. Customer service fail."
