Our family would like to thank Melissa schweikert, Danielle ingersoll, Kim Clark, Jenifer Hess, Lisa nickels and Lindsey Nicole she is a cna at the establishment that has the best bed side manners, and truly cared for grams needs. We are truly grateful for all there hard work!"

"Genesis has been working with us to meet the urgent needs of my 90-year-old father. The Genesis team has been patient, knowledgeable, and kind. The well coordinated staff has made remarkable efforts to anticipate physical and financial issues and to help us resolve them to best support my father’s care."

"I find that Genesis is well staffed and that their employees are genuinely nice, helpful and experienced. Their staff conducts themselves in a professional manner. They are aware that they are there to do a job. The housekeeping staff does a better than average job at Genesis. The patients’ bathrooms are clean and stocked and the patient rooms and general areas are clean. There are no unpleasant patient odors. I have only witnessed 2 meals there. Both were hot and well presented and appetizing to the eye. They have a hair salon on site. A much appreciated amenity!! I have another relative at Fountain Springs. I am comparing Genesis to them and that is not fair to Genesis. There is no comparison. Fountain Springs is a terrible place and filthy dirty!!! Their employees are not supervised and it shows. It’s a free for all environment there. Patient rooms and bathrooms are not clean and not stocked and maintenance is only done if something is actually broken. There is no general maintenance at all! "The care was wonderful especially when we experienced a patient with COVID in my room. The food is horrible. Most days you didn't know what you were getting. Example one even dinner was pizza. One tiny slice and some undercooked vegetable mix. Another night is was a spoon of instant mashed potatoes with this huge brown ball on top. The heater plates with lids are revolting as they are covered in white minerals. I stayed there a few years before that and the food was great. Not sure what happened. You were never brought a menu to chose from and the CNA just reached into the food trolley and handed you whatever. For this reason I am given a 3 star. Hope my next visit is better and the food upgraded. The CNA's are some of the best."
