"Always got what u need shopping and as someone with lots of medical problems who has a travelling job any time I call my controls or anything in here I never have any problems the techs are very nice, trained see I'm taking my meds as prescribed never denied my control meds and get it in stock same day or next unlike eht with all these problems and getting harassed pharmacy closes early And in summer ur gonna wait longer dont believe impatient people I go out of my way in cmc to go here"
"My 1 year old son had just been discharged from Cooper hospital. I dropped off his prescriptions I did take note of the sign on the door. When I went back 2 hour later the pharmacy was closed. I asked the woman at the front of the store if she knew the hours who happened to be the manager. Her name is Deanna Denelsebck. She replied with a very agitated and nasty tone. The hours are on the door. I was confused as to why she was speaking to me in that manner. I only asked the hours. If you don't like your job get a new one. It is not ok to treat people that way."
"Set the scene email at 10 o’clock this morning said my prescriptions would be ready now 530 and I said come back in an hour or so we’re just starting to work on it of course I’m not the only one there’s a lot of other people walking out same problem with a CVS open my In Philadelphia same friggin problem"
"Waited at cashier counter. 2 employees outside nobody at register. Left cart and items in store and left. If I have to pay full price have someone at the register. Not the first time either"
"I was asking the woman that was ringing up my prescription a question because there was an issue with it. She obviously didn't want to bother with me and asked me to leave because she needed to help the next customer. We were not arguing. I was not there that long. We were having a normal conversation. So when she "dismissed" me I was shocked and just walked away. I will not go back. I will have my prescription filled elsewhere. This was embarrassing and extremely unprofessional."
