"A year ago I provided a negative review that I have since deleted. Reason being is that since that time Dr Altman and his staff has done a total 360 and deserve this review. The office is a clean environment, the office staff especially Brooke bends over backwards to return your phone calls and take care of whatever you need. Dr Altman has taken care of my family for years and I am so grateful for his continued care. The only suggestion I have for improvement is for Dr Altman to be sure to ask each patient have they had their annual exams with other specialist. I had no idea that I could ask Him for a script to get my annual mammogram completed. Knowing that now is very helpful and that right there can potentially save lives."

"I called and left a message received a return call right away. The office staff booked me an appointment right away. Very friendly and a huge plus was they do blood work right their at the office. The girl whom drew my blood was excellent. I never even felt a pinch and I’m not one that does well with needles. I’m going to be changing my son’s doctor too and switching him to Altman where he will be much happier here like I am. Not sure why there’s any negative reviews about this place? I couldn’t ask for a better service than the ones I’ve been given from here."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Altman for years and he is a good doctor. His staff is unprofessional and I can no longer tolerate being treated unprofessionally and in an unreasonable manner by his receptionist, Sherry. She was eager to encourage me to seek a new doctor. Sorry Dr. Altman. Thank you for your services. I don't encourage anyone to subject themselves to the mistreatment offered by his current staff. Example, I received a prescription on Thursday evening and upon trying to fill it was told needed prior authorization. No office hours on Friday so I had to get 5 doses and wait until Monday to speak to his office. I just wanted to fix the problem and move on, but instead, Sherry (receptionist) blames the problem on me because I knew they were closed on Friday. I'm done. Multiple times this receptionist has been accusing and unprofessional when I needed assistance. Moving on."
