"I never have issues with the doctors here but I will never schedule with Dr. Ann Florio again. she rushed us and when I told her my concerns she claimed she didn’t know anything about it. My daughter has issues with her legs.If it wasn’t for me reaching out to other sources, my daughter would have never been helped."

"Unfortunately this practice has gone down hill over the years. It used to be better. But now there is no Patient care. It is nonexistent and they are negligent. This year they canceled TWO of our appointments without my consent. I have tween twin daughters and I schedule their appointments TOGETHER since they were born at least 6 months in advance to make sure we get scheduled together. They had an appointment June 2023 and it was scheduled months in advance. I took the time off work and pulled them out of school early and I arrived at the appointment. They only had one child scheduled. They refused to accommodate the second though it was their fault they only scheduled one and I was already there and had pulled the kids from school and canceled my work to be there. Second appointment was in July. I called saying I had a work emergency and was running 15 min behind. They said they couldn’t see us. Third appointment was set for September!! Because of this mess my kids don’t have a physical for sports or for life saving medication order to be in school with them at the start of the school year!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When they gave me the September appointment time, I said it does not work bc I teach university and would have to cancel class for 45 students and pull my kids out early from school to make that appointment. I asked if a grandparent could bring them instead of me and they said yes with written permission. So my 71 year old mother drove from two states away to take them to this appointment today. She drove over 9 hours yesterday to be here!!! However guess what they did??? They took my need to discuss a different time as a reason to cancel the appointment! Without discussion of an alternative, without my consent, without support. And proof that they just want me out of their hair, they told me a few days earlier when I tried to get a different time, that I should just go to Cooper Family in Sewell. Then poof magically my appointment was canceled AGAIN. Now my kids missed their well visit for this year and are without a doctor and don’t have life saving medication at school and can’t play sports all because of their negligence . What happened to patient care and ‘do no harm’?"

"The doctors are great. The girl that checked me and my son in was also great. However, the check out staff… horrible, very unprofessional and make you feel like you can’t ask for anything when clearly I just wanted an after visit summary. Seemed very bothered of my existence."

"Dr Williams is always amazing with my daughter. This has been her pediatric doctor since she was born. The rest of the staff have always been polite and professional."

"My sons 9 month check up got cancelled and they couldn’t reschedule his appointment until March when he will be closer to 12 months. Ridiculous. I’m patient and understanding, but why did the agree to take on so many patients if they have to schedule out so far? I wouldn’t recommend this place! Also every time I have been in office I have felt rushed and no rapport was ever built."
