"I came in with abdominal pain while being unable to keep anything down (including water), and ended up having an appendectomy due to appendicitis. The staff were all so lovely and informative - in the ER, before my operation, and during recovery. I felt very safe at this location. Thank you to all the lovely nurses/staff who helped me feel better, both physically and mentally!"

"Literally with an entire staff in the emergency room made me wait for pain medicine for an hour with breakthrough pain the day after I broke my big toe and after calling the nurse a few times they ignored the call"

"I'm done coming here Came here for foul smell in my nose sent me home said that that place is only for emergencies turned out I had covid did a home test came bck for foul smell down there and they said everything was negative but then came bsck again and told them everytime I come here its always negative but when I go to the obgyn it's something else whoever is doing results for swab testing isn't doing thier job I had to push the issue to find out I had a uti Had an appointment with primary she told me they prescribed me to many antibiotics that it could kill me I been taking doxy and defdimir started pooping out black tar with I think blood havnt been able to poop in two days after that my back is hurting bad feel like I couldn't breathe this morning and was light headed went to the hospital because my primary said I could be bleeding inside told them what she said they didn't do anything but give me flexeral and miralax for constipation I'm going to Elmer tomorrow I think it's my pancreas again my stomach is hurting back and side and I'm having chest pains Some of these doctors and nurses I don't think they really care about helping people just making thier money its a shame"

"I took my grandmother to the Vineland Inspira ER with a bloody nose. We got there at 9:30pm. We sat there til 3:30am waiting to be seen. The nurse at the sign in desk was not personable and she was rude when we asked questions. The triage nurse was not pleasant either. None of them showed any compassion for my 80 year old grandmother who was bleeding pretty bad none stop. We went through an entire roll of bounty paper towels and I had the keep getting paper towels from the bathroom after that. I asked for tissues and they gave me a small stack of gauze and she bled through in 10 seconds. They did not tend to her til she started choking on and spewing blood clots all over. The charge nurse who’s last name a was Baccagalupa said it was her own fault for trying to blow her nose and she wasn’t even bleeding that bad. She said it was only a trickle. It was not a trickle it was it was streaming! Anyway they had no compassion The concierge nurse in the lobby was a little nicer but no help. This was on November 14 at 9:30 pm"

"First thing I came into the ER last night on 10/5/23 complaining of numbness in my face headache ear pain left side numbness! The nurses I must say were EXCELLENT!! My nurse and the nurse who did my ekg were wonderful But let’s talk about the doctors that night one by the name of MARGIE M ORRIS DO!!! And her co defendant some young man who a doctor also! One first they both need to relearn bedside manners, how to speak in front of patients, and Margie's tone and attitude towards people is very low when it comes to being professional! They both treated me as if I was making up things which I know people do and I understand but I refuse to stay because of their treatment towards me!! And without thought Margie decided to use her authority to demonstrate being rude not only to me but also my daughter. People give this hospital a bad reputation all the time and for the most part I say no I’m treated pretty good! A Dr Kevin once said I front of me hurry get her out we have sick people to see because my blood test for blood clots was abnormal but he couldn’t see them so that was his solution! But last night just because I didn’t come in when the symptoms started they were not true?? Well, like most women we go so hard and do so much pain comes second In our lives! So, I decided to leave because I rather hold on to my dignity and go somewhere else then to have to so called professional to speak and act so unprofessional! Note to the two doctors and I use the term lightly!!! Healthcare is not about just what you learned but how you apply it and how you practice the CARE part of healthcare! I left there in tears and feeling ashamed again! Maybe these two should take a class or two in how to speak to people with a tongue of professionalism so that this doesn’t happen again! I’m sure they don’t appreciate going somewhere a being Spoke to like trash!!"
