"Dont recommended. Worst hospital , this hospital is a joke . They dont care about thier patients. My husband was waiting in the lobby for hours with blood sugar levels out of control on the verge of passing and didnt take him back or give him water to drink . Safe to say we left there and went to another hospital."

"I’ve been to this hospital multiple times and had a terrible experience each time. The first time I was pregnant and had experience excruciating abdomen pain to the point where I felt like I couldn’t breathe, I couldn’t move the pain level was a 300/10. I arrived at the hospital via ambulance and they had me waiting in the waiting room for HOURS. I didn’t know if something was wrong with the baby or what it was. After hours upon hours of waiting, I was finally seen, they did a urine culture and told me I had a UTI and likely gas pain?? I followed up with my OB who told me I did not have a UTI so I was taking the medication the hospital gave me for no reason. I later come to find out it was gallstones, not gas pain. I had then been to this hospital multiple times after due to the gallstone pain/gallbladder attacks which again waited hours upon hours and nothing was ever done. I was never given pain medication, nothing. One time I had to wait in a room off the hallway with a tiny bed, no pillows, no blankets in the freezing cold for about 6 hours before they put me in a different area. The only reason I would come back to this hospital was because I thought they would help and it was the closest to my house and I didn’t feel I could wait the extra drive to Virtua or elsewhere. Terrible experiences I have told myself from here on out to ABOID this place."

"I know most of the people get on here only when they have something bad to say, and This time I wanted to get in here to express how Amazing this stuff and doctors were. A Few Day ago we had to rush my daughter to the Jefferson ER she was in so much pain and when we got there we had a room right away and nurses and doctors on point everyone one was so nice to my daughter that made me feel like very nice. Everything we ask we got and I was very escéptico but I was impressed when we got there. Thanks to all the nurses and doctors that took care of my princess Amna A Jafry, MD amazing Trent R. Malcolm, MD Amazing Mrunalini R. Chavarkar, Amazing I would love to say I would like to came back but not really lol"

"Extremely dirty at times. Nurses and docs are nice if you get lucky but the wait times are ridiculous. Some of the doctors do not listen and talk over you which makes your experience 10x harder.only reason why I bother with this er is because it's close to my home."
