"Awful!! I deal with a lot of doctors on a daily basis. Never have I been told that I can't have access to test results until I come in for another appointment. The reason why I wanted my test results is because I was not satisfied with the doctor that was helping me. Typically, a doctor should follow up with their patient once they receive the results and discuss a course of action on how to bring relief to the situation and that was not done by the DR. I had a call Weeks later and discuss whether my results were received rather than having the doctor be proactive and discuss the result with me. The only time they want to look for you is when they want their bill paid . And now they want to send your bill into collections because they expect to be paid for a service that was not rendered. All I did was sit on a table and have information taken and now I'm in debt for an $800 MRI Bill, I will not be returning. horrible service!!! There are definitely other places and doctors offering better service!!"
