"ALWAYS UNDER STAFFED. ALWAYS A WAIT. Never more than 1 teller working to make cash deposits."
"The people who work here are nice. But only one teller is not good always a line if you think you will be in and out fast forget it. If you plan on sitting down with someone to talk finances they are very helpful but make sure you do not need to use a bathroom because THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO USE ON SIGHT RESTROOMS."
"Slow service, no drive thru. No one knows how to use their new system so my payments keep getting put in wrong. Usually only one teller working so there's always a line that takes forever, even longer now with the new system. I can't stand this branch or the bank itself. Moving my account someplace else."
"Of all of the local Bank of America branches in the area, the Voorhees location stands out as the best because of the hard work of Suzette Gayle. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. The site is busy, so best to make an appointment in advance for any issues if possible. Good personal service is hard to find, but it does exist at this location because of Ms. Gayle."
"Is there an option for ZERO? I went to this branch yesterday and was just disgusted. It’s extremely obvious that they don’t want to have branches open to the public. I had the displeasure of dealing with someone presenting themselves as the manager; Suzette Gayle. Since I was there for a long time, I saw plenty of transactions with this rep, and I’ve never seen a more lazy nor condescending banker. As briefly as I can: 1. Didn’t want to transfer funds for a client - told him to do it on his phone. 2. Completely mislead and ignored an Hispanic woman and her translator, as they tried to understand a bounced check issue. She got rid of them finally by telling them to wait for a letter in the mail. Then REFUSED ME ACCESS TO MY MONEY because I had a State of Utah issued photo ID - she would only accept a NJ DL, which I’d misplaced. Clearly stated on BOA’s Primary ID list is a US state issued identification card with photo. I also gave her acceptable Secondary ID from the BOA list, which she also refused. When I asked for her supervisor, she told me that she IS the manager. Oh boy… no sense in even talking at that point. When a banker throws up unnecessary barriers, they need to be censured, re-retrained, or fired. This employee should fall into the last category. She was wholly inconvenienced by the line of people needing service. Customer service and empathy are NOT within her vocabulary, as demonstrated by even just my short unpleasant visit. Given the feedback of this branch, and her assertion that she is the manager, it’s obvious that under her leadership this branch is failing it’s customers. She needs to go."
