Reviews
"This review is NOT pertaining to the service of the branch but for the service of the security personnel who works at the branch. He is very friendly towards EVERYONE and he patiently assist and eagerly to help anyone who walked in the branch. Watching his interaction with others, you can tell he has the heart of an angel."
"Kinda of a weird vibe for a place that has your money. The clerks at the desk assume that you know everything and are very presumptuous. I came in just to get another card because my card was damaged. I’m actually from out of town and I guess I wanted to make sure not to just walk into the customer service area without being able to, and the Spanish women with all the caked up makeup gave me an attitude, sheeessh lady!"
"Worst bank ever depositing cash always an issue no use to even have atms there they never work"
"Leslie at TD is the real MVP! She seriously went above and beyond for me the other day. Breaking everything down from A to Z regarding my closed charged off account, she's willing to get to the bottom of your issue and explain it in a way that makes you feel understood, like an actual human. Leslie is precise, clear, direct, but also professional, sweet, and bold all at the same time. I'm honestly surprised she's not the head branch manager because she's so deserving of it. I left the branch pissed and misunderstood the day before I spoke with her, I was gonna give them a bad review and share my experience on social media but the very next day, after talking to Leslie, I felt the complete opposite! I honestly recommend everyone that is having any sort of issues with there accounts & who wanna leave feeling like a human & not feel JUDGED to speak with Leslie! Again she doesn't just fix issues she dives deep to the root, making sure you understand every step, while providing accurate information! She's a game-changer, and she's what this bank need TD is blessed to have her!"
"I schedule to open an jointly account for my parents who does not speak English and the appointment was with banker called Deborah Thompson, I was telling her on the phone that they need an joint account and she said with attitude “I Know” , I gave her a pass and then she said she needs two different e-mail, I asked her can it be only one since they are having a jointly account? Then she answered “Ohhh MY Gosh” . I told her this is not professional at all and very disrespectful toward customers . I told my parents to leave and not put our money on that bank. We had no problem using the same email address opening their account with another bank. They need to train the workers how to communicate with customers."
