"The service attitude was very bad. I didn't like the lady who was the doorkeeper and the aunt who handled the business for me. I went in and queued up well, and it was my turn next. The lady who looked after the door insisted that I move and go to I stood next to the person who was doing business at the window, which made me very uncomfortable and offended. Then when I deposited cash, the auntie was not very nice and asked me to sort the money neatly before depositing it. In short, she was a A very poor experience! !"

"This location it’s not as busy as the one in downtown and that’s the beauty of it because I don’t have to wait for service but eventfully it’s gonna get busy and I hope it does too so this branch can stay in business. I just love the fact that Asian bank has a location in the northeast. I won’t complain about the location itself because I am very thankful that they have a location in the northeast that I don’t have to travel all the way to downtown which that’s a major pain so yeah be thankful or else you can drive to the downtown branch."
