"My card is continuously restricted or cancelled and the I’m stuck for about a week waiting for a new one. Also when I order things on line they decline payment even though there’s money in there. I never, ever had this problem with any other bank I ever dealt with. When I get the new card I have to check all my bills and things that have automatic payments or they’ll be late and I’ll have to pay late payments. I’m a senior citizen and this is too much for me to handle."

"Are continuously restricting my card and do not have after hours help for online banking. If they had a section in the app to confirm a purchase was me that would be great. Instead I am in need to use my card tonight and can’t because of this bank. This is a repeat issue. *UPDATE - 2 weeks later and my card is restricted after hours AGAIN. They decline purchases randomly and your card is locked right afterwards. They need to do something that allows you to confirm it was you either in the app or a text. I have NEVER had so many issues with banking in my entire life. I have been with them less than a year at that!"
