"I had been told that Dr. Auerbach was a great doctor. I changed PCPs from another doctor in same practice that I felt was cold and was seen by a new doctor of theirs every time after she started even though she wasn't my PCP. She was nice but again I was looking for a more caring doctor. My first experience with Dr. Auerbach was awesome. He was the on call doctor for the weekend and took great care of me until I could get in the next week. My first office visit.....felt like he barely looked at any of the things I was concerned with other than producing referrals for specialists and lab work. I left deflated. After my visit in August, I completed an ultrasound, x-ray, and all the lab work he wanted. After SIX messages for requests for call backs with results, I STILL haven't gotten a return call for ANY of the tests. Also, one day I was picking up scripts at the pharmacy and I had a NEW one. I called FOUR times to see why it was prescribed. STILL no return call 3rd week in October. The only reason I did not leave a 1 star rating is for two reasons. One is because of their "Authorization Team" which is located outside of the office. The women I have dealt with are AMAZING! They are kind. They are efficient. They get the job done with a smile. Second, the front desk women. They are hard working, kind and efficient as well. I just wish they had doctors and nurses who had the same ethics. Shame.....guess I'll be going with the PCP my insurance auto picked for me. Can't imagine it will be worse."

"This practice treat you like cattle. They don't look at your chart at all and a are very rude to you . On the other hand their front desk girls and nurses are very over worked. I would not! Recommend this office to my worst enemy"
