"The automated phone system and website are terrible to make a reservation on. It will tell a time that is open for your appointment but when you agree to the time it will tell you it's not available. The website was the same, the time boxes that were not shaded in means open time slots but it wouldn't let you pick one. The employees were really nice and efficient, I checked in as a walk-in thinking I would have to wait but I only waited about 5 minutes. The young lady that waited on me was kind and got me out pretty quickly."

"I was refused service. After waiting in the lobby a tech finally came out to greet me. The tech told me I need to wear a mask. I asked if they have a spare mask. The tech said no, even though, there was a box of masks in plain sight."
