"Unfortunately had to share this review hoping I can go back to the love that I’m use to with Paula. Waited for a survey no luck, 8/8/24 visit drive thru no one available minutes later a young lady comes up takes my transaction said we’ll be right with you, a Mercedes pulls up on the right lane. Wendy wig pretending to be a banker greets her first takes her transaction told me she was going to send mine back because my id was expired didn’t let me explained that I had a new last name and send her 2 & DC another 10 minutes went by comes back starts sharing products to the lady all along she was on Bluetooth with the window closed. Finally puts the window down said she wasn’t interested. She came after me the vehicle behind me reversed and used the ATM drive thru that could of caused an accident if someone else had drove in, I was stuck like a sandwich since she still had my belongings stated, I did it for you this time but your going to have to make time to come in, asked how did you want your money trying to keep my patience with an appointment ahead haven’t been able to eat since way over 15 minutes for a withdrawal told her it don’t matter! She comes back stated that drive thru was closing and Abington and Northeast were busy, I took the envelope and asked her did you see how long I’ve been a customer? she answered a long time I said 28 years! Looked inside the envelope and it was like $ from inside a shoe box all mutilated! Refused to be waited by her ever again! Everyone else But HER!"

She is the definition of a great worker she goes out her way to help the customer very knowledgeable and one of the kindest person I have ever came across in the banking profession. Wish there were more workers like her."
